If the email address used on your renewal order is different than the email address you use to log in to the Academy:
Email us at email@example.com to let us know. Make sure to include:
- your name,
- your name at the Academy (if different than the name on your renewal order),
- the email address associated with your order, and
- the email address you use to log in at the Academy.
You will need to do this in order to ensure your account remains active without interruption.
If you get an error when you try to log in that says your account has been suspended:
Just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with “Reactivate Me!” in the subject line, and we will get your account all set so you can jump right back in where you left off.
