Updated Academy username and/or email address notification

Whenever you update your username on your Academy profile or the email address associated with your Academy account, it is important that you notify us of the change. Doing so ensures that we’re able to connect your paid membership with your Academy account, and that your Academy account doesn’t incur any interruptions.

  • Sometimes an order is placed under a different name than the one you entered above. Example: If your PayPal account, credit card or billing address is listed under a different name. Providing us with the name under which your order was placed will help us locate your order & answer your question as quickly as possible!
  • Sometimes an order is placed under a different email address than the one you entered above. This is especially common if the email address associated with your PayPal account is different than your primary email address.
  • Please enter your name as it appears on your Academy profile. If you are changing your Academy profile username, please enter your NEW username.
  • Please enter the email address you use to log in to the Academy.
  • Use this space to enter any additional information we might need to ensure that your account can be located and updated with your Academy profile information.
